Does your company have producer responsibility?

Do you produce or import (products with built-in) batteries and/or accumulators? And do you sell these to Dutch companies or consumers? If so, you have a producer responsibility. You are subject to the European Battery regulation. This means that, among other things, you have a legal duty and responsibility to collect and recycle discarded batteries and accumulators.
